Pricing · price the vessel · bill the drift

Priced by vessel, not by seat.

A seal is a signed, tamper-proof audit report — the thing you actually buy. A vessel is not a metaphor here — it is the unit of sale. Each vessel is an audit-depth tier: how much of a fleet is swept, against how many pinned authorities, at what cadence. You buy a seal at the depth your posture requires; you re-seal — buy a fresh report — on the drift cadence you set. The depth ladder below is the structure. Final figures are set per engagement — open a channel for a quote.

The vessel depth ladder.

Frigate to Dreadnought · Submarine for SCIF · AWACS for cross-agency

The ladder runs from a single-system baseline to a department-wide sweep. Two specialized vessels sit off the main line: the Submarine for air-gapped, classified-posture audits with no public anchor, and the AWACS for observing posture across several agencies under one composite seal. Depth scales the evidence required, never the alignment floor — every tier holds the same coupling bound; deeper tiers simply demand more of the fleet be measured.

Vessel Audit depth Agency tier Pricing
Frigate PSP-VES-20-FRIGATE-001 Light baseline audit — single-system cosine over one vertical, one phase, up to five authorities. Program-office Contact for pricing
Corvette PSP-VES-20-CORVETTE-001 Patrol audit — baseline plus drift detection at a quarterly cadence. Office (multi-PM) Contact for pricing
Destroyer PSP-VES-20-DESTROYER-001 Active-defense audit — baseline plus adversarial probes and red-team sign-off. Sub-agency Contact for pricing
Cruiser PSP-VES-20-CRUISER-001 Long-range audit — multi-vertical, multi-phase, cross-authority cosine fleet. Bureau Contact for pricing
Dreadnought PSP-VES-20-DREADNOUGHT-001 Maximalist audit — full Planisphere coverage, all fifty state pins, all pinned federal authorities. Department Contact for pricing
Submarine PSP-VES-20-SUBMARINE-001 Covert / SCIF-tier audit — air-gapped attestation, classified-system posture, no public Merkle anchor. IC / SCIF Contact for pricing
AWACS PSP-VES-20-AWACS-001 Cross-agency surveillance tier — observes posture across multiple agencies under one composite seal. Cross-agency Contact for pricing
AI-craft Carrier PSP-VES-20-AI-CRAFT-CARRIER-001 Apex fleet-command audit — orchestrates many Destroyers and Cruisers under one attestation root. Department / EOP Quote on request

SKU codes are illustrative of the vessel-class structure. Depth tier sets how much of a fleet must be measured to seal at that class; it does not loosen the alignment floor, which is fixed across every tier. Figures are set per engagement and are not published here.

Buy the seal. Bill the drift. Keep the verifier.

Three things you pay for · one you never pay for

The seal

priced by vessel

One sealed attestation at the depth your posture requires — a sha-pinned, Merkle-rooted bundle you can mail, file, or discard. The vessel class sets the depth; the depth sets the price.

The drift

billed by cadence

Posture moves. A re-seal on your cadence — quarterly, on-deploy, on-incident — produces a fresh bundle tied to a new attestation root. You bill the cadence you set, not a per-seat license.

The verifier

always free

Anyone can confirm a seal at /verify with zero core code — the math runs in their browser. The verifier is given away on purpose; the engine that manufactures the seal is never licensed out.

This is the shape of the moat made commercial: the wing covers the feet. The verifier is open so any regulator, court, or counterparty can check a seal for themselves — but verifying a seal teaches no one how to mint one. You are not buying software; you are buying the sealed definition and the cadence that keeps it current.

Pick a depth.

A single system, or a whole department

Start at the depth you can defend today. A Frigate seals one system against a handful of authorities — enough to put a recomputable record on the table. A Dreadnought sweeps a department against every pinned authority and all fifty state pins. The ladder is there so you do not over-buy: seal what is in scope, re-seal as it drifts, climb when the scope grows.
